PILGRIM responded urgently to a request for support from SIEMENS regarding bolting issues at Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant

“ I just want to say, and put on record ,that the service from Pilgrim with regards the Watts bar situation was above and beyond what was expected and all that was required to appease our customer, TVA. The face to face meeting in Charlotte with Martin and Mary and the subsequent conference call with Martin K , Mary and ourselves in engineering started the process and gave us confidence to enter into the required talks with TVA.

 From this meeting we then received full and comprehensive design calculations to present to TVA completed by David Charles, this was then followed by a further conference call between Siemens , TVA and Pilgrim ( Martin K and George Miickschel ) where the customer was further appeased and given full confidence in the solution Siemens put forward.

 This was all done in such a timely manner and so comprehensive we were amazed and extremely happy, It was the best supplier service we have received in my employment at Siemens and we were extremely pleased with your level of after sales service “
